“Convenient location, friendly staff”

“Stayed at this hotel for the first time during LU check-in. It was extremely close to liberty, which was helpful. The rooms were clean and while the bathrooms were a bit on the smaller side, I was grateful the sink was outside of the shower/toilet area. My only “complaint“ was that when our new towels were replenished we didn’t get any washcloths and I had to go searching. But that was not the fault of the hotel. (Everything was just so busy and chaotic that a few things were overlooked). The……

“Property was an old building that had been refurbished but still had items that weren't upgraded. Such as the old fiberglass shower stall. Room smelled old. Pillows were flat. Was just ok.”

“Room was not clean - dusted, dirty flors, bathroom had hair and dust on the floor, toilet not scrubbed, drains had brown rings, bath tub floor clearly not scrubbed, hair in the bed, strong smelling linens that let me up… it was not a pleasant experience.”

“The hotel was being renovated, but the staff and their service was great. I think when all that work is done, it will be a very nice place to stay.”

“Room was clearly not mopped - wiping up some spilled water off the floor the towel came up brown with dirt; sink had a brown ring in the drain as did the ring around the shower handle. The floor corner of the bathtub where water often seeps past the shower curtain onto the floor was caked with brown dirt - had not been cleaned for a while. The redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is newly built so everything still looks and feels new, but they are not doing a good job of keeping it……

“I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that……
